Medium Consistency Pressure Screen

The SIDDHARTHA INDUSTRIES Medium Consistency Screen features a special Hurricane vane-type rotor and is equipped with a hole, perforated, or slotted basket.
Its primary function is to remove shaves, heavy sand particles, and hard contaminants from the furnish.
This coarse screening machine is typically installed at the coarse screening stage, following high-density cleaners.
The Hurricane-type rotor and perforated basket design efficiently allow accepts to exit while retaining contaminants, which are then directed to the reject nozzle.
The specially designed, fabricated Hurricane rotor with contoured foils generates lower positive pulses and higher negative pulses, resulting in lower energy consumption and a higher purging effect to keep the basket clean.
The rotor is ideal for handling large, flat-shaped contaminants and is perfectly dynamically balanced for smooth operation.
The medium consistency screen can operate effectively within a consistency range of 1-3.5%.
Constructed with durable SS-304 and M.S. materials for long-lasting performance.

The SS-304 rotor is equipped with duplex stainless steel Gladiator vanes and is dynamically balanced for optimal performance.
The basket features conical holes drilled using CNC technology and is designed with grooves, making it a profile perforated basket for enhanced efficiency.
