Centricleaner

Centricleaner

  1. Centricleaner is a low-density cleaner that operates on the principle of vortex formation through centrifugal action.
  2. Made from SS-304/SS-316 with a tangential inlet, it efficiently removes air, dirt, shavings, and specks from pulp.
  3. Operates at a consistency of up to 0.5-1%.
  4. The tapered cone design enhances performance by generating a strong centrifugal force.
  5. Diluted pulp stock (0.5-1% consistency) enters through the tangential inlet, accelerating downwards. The centrifugal force creates a strong vortex, causing the clean pulp to rise through the center toward the outlet pipe.
  6. During this process, contaminants such as dirt, specks, dust, and large ink particles are forced downward.
  7. The Centricleaner is equipped with manually operated valves at both the inlet and outlet.
  8. Multiple Centricleaner units can be installed in stages to improve performance and reduce fiber loss.
  9. Centricleaner cones are available in SS-304 or ceramic bodies, depending on customer requirements.
  10. Nylon, polyplastic, or ceramic nozzles are used at the bottom, which can be easily removed for cleaning and replacement.

Benifits

  • Simple design, easy to install and operate.
  • Low maintenance and user-friendly operation.
  • Operates efficiently at a consistency of 0.5-1%.
  • Effectively removes impurities such as dirt, dust, shavings, and spikes.
  • Enhances pulp quality by removing contaminants.
  • The reducing cone diameter provides superior cleaning performance.
  • Lower inlet pressure for efficient operation.
  • Reduced plugging for smoother functioning.
  • Bottom nozzles made of ceramic or nylon polypic for easy reject removal.
  • In multi-stage Centricleaner setups, the reject from the first stage serves as the inlet stock for the second stage, minimizing fiber loss and boosting efficiency.
