Trommel-Screen

The Bale Breaker is installed before the Pulper and operates under dry conditions.
As the name suggests, it is used to break large bales and remove dust from raw material.
It consists of a long rotating drum with perforations and spikes inside.
Raw material is fed into a large hopper via a conveyor, and the perforated drum rotates continuously with the drive.
The rotation breaks the bales into smaller pieces, while dust is collected in the bottom tray.
The processed material is then transferred to the Pulper for further processing.
