Hydra Pulpers

  1. Works on centrifugal action to remove heavy impurities like sand, glass, staples, and chips from pulp.
  2. Designed for continuous crushing and pulping of waste paper.
  3. Features a circular tank filled with water where waste paper bales are loaded for processing.
  4. Equipped with a powerful impeller at the bottom, which efficiently breaks down bales into smaller pieces, forming a pulp mass resembling thick porridge.
  5. Combines a pulping area and a screening area, where the impeller rotates over a screen plate to discharge the accepted pulp into a chamber for forwarding.
  6. Available in two types:
    • Vertical Hydra Pulper: Features a vertical tub with an extraction chamber at the bottom.
    • Horizontal Hydra Pulper: Features a horizontal tub with an extraction chamber on one side.
