Principle of Operation :
  • Works on centrifugal action to remove heavy impurities like sand, glass, staples, and chips from pulp.
Material Construction :

  • Operates effectively at a pulp consistency of 2-4%.

Process Overview :
  • Pulp enters through a tangential inlet, creating centrifugal force to separate impurities.
  • High-density cleaner uses centrifugal force to separate and remove these contaminants.
Contaminant Removal :
  • Heavy impurities settle in the reject chamber, equipped with two pneumatically operated valves for controlled discharge.
Flow Mechanism :
  • Slushed pulp stock from the pulper is stored in a dump chest, which often contains heavy and light contaminants.
  • Cleaned stock rises through the vortex towards the outlet nozzle.
Motorized Variant Features :
  • Equipped with a specially designed impeller and motor to enhance centrifugal action and cleaning efficiency.
